No question the DMC unit is the one to get. Much more room!... At an auction I would want to pay $10K or less if possible....

Regards, Kirk

Should be worth a lot more if it had the Optional Time Machine!

Sorry, that just popped out there..... LOL

But the 10 grand is about right, but I'd start a lot lower. What transmission does it have in the back, has any of the track idler wheel tubes been broken/repaired or cracked. Is the rear cabin area free from cracks from the twisting on the trail?

I have a buddy just bought one this summer his is a 2 man cab looks to be in the same condition just a little older as his is a Thiokol he paid 6 k plus 4 to ship it up here.

6 to 10 grand for a 1450 Super Imp? At first I thought this was a 10 year old post. Unless it's junk I think you can double those numbers to get into the ballpark.

the one that showed up locally may be going up for sale. I hate to see Dennis part with it I wanted to do a good side by side comparison between it and a snot trac.

Well it would appear that I purchased the Delorean and one of the Bombi's. The Bombi was the one that I did not show on the pictures, description the same.

Now the question is now what the heck do I do?

Where are the machines located, and if you dont mind me asking - how much did you end up paying for them? what was the going price?

Thanks,

well there was a lot of people looking for bombies earlier maybe you could get your money back if the little imp is what you wanted than congratulations on a nice looking little rig. I personaly think they look a little hard to get in and out of, but the bombi is much worse , and bombi heaters suck, I can't speak for the imp, I have never spent much time around one, but if they are anything like a 601 there won't be any shortage of heat. both rigs are a nice size for the recreational user and don't require large trailers to tow.

I have under 15 in the pair. They should be in Bismarck by next week some time.

Seems like you got a great deal.

Agree!

You could give the Bombi some "love" and then sell it. I'm not very familiar with them, but they seem to be quite popular with some and sell pretty readily. I've been surprised what some have brought money-wise.

Then you've got a Super Imp at a great price. Nice Work!

Took money down today on the Bombi. It is sold. It has a little over six hundred hours.

The Delorean 1450 is available. I have driven this unit. Runs good, handles well, heater works well. Having never seen a snow cat before what else can can I say. It has one extra track, some of the grousers missing on the extra track. The back end of the unit is filled with wheels, spring assemblies, grousers and a bunch of other stuff. Has manual. Hour meter shows 2600 and some odd hours. Three speed auto if something else was available.

The 1450 is or sale. Took the average of the current listings on eBay and that is close to 50,000 but being the nice guy that I am the offering price is $15,000 or best reasonable offer.

Located in Bismarck, ND. Note that the offer ends January 6, 2014.

Would definitely consider a $10k (keeping in mind my shipping costs & high hours on the machine)...
