Tucker / Putin

I have not seen the whole interview but will watch. Interesting.
Even more interesting was a news blip from somewhere in the white house saying don't believe anything Putin says, he lies.
LOL
We know the White House lies. Sad but I tend to believe Putin more than the White House.

It's over 2 hrs long, not sure who's up for that. I've only watched parts , Putin's history revision on why Hitler attacked Poland and not mentioning their ally, the Soviet Union attacked from the east at the same time. Does that not seem a little weird to anybody , is this the Russian version of history , is this truthful , really ?

I’m inclined to agree it’s seems to me he has a lot less incentive to lie.
I would disagree.

Both the US/Biden administration and Russia/Putin are liars.

Putin may have more incentive to be candid, and a lot more incentive to seem human, portray a position of being in touch with people, etc. But that may largely be because Putin has the cognitive ability to sit and answer questions for more than 15-20 minutes. Ever wonder why Biden is on stage for very short periods of time? So Putin can use 'charm' to seem like he is defending historic Russian claims, blah blah blah

Now he turned down multiple interview requests from the western media , but he picked Carlson , now did he hammer Putin or just throw softballs ? I didn't watch the full video , some people say it was on the soft side , but honestly would any of us sit across from this guy and pound him hard..... you wouldn't make it home.

Watched the whole thing, 1/2 this morning before working and just finished after working. Pretty much said what we already know.
There were agreements for the iron curtain to come down that NATO would not encroach on the eastern block but we did.
There were Neo Nazi military units pressing Russian aligned peoples in the Donbas area
There was no interest in negotiations before the Russians invaded Ukraine or after the war started by Ukraine or NATO or Biden.
NATO has Bases and bio labs in Ukraine before the war started.
Putin said the war could have and still be stopped by negotiation that no one is interested in.
Said if the west would stop supporting Ukraine the war would be over in a couple weeks then negations could begin.
Said Russia has no interest in invading any other countries or broaden the war as it would lead to another world war that could end humanity. Tucker was respectful as was Putin throughout the interview. Personally like I said before is that the war is political mostly started by the west. The real losers are the Ukrainian people that are being chewed up and spit out, and had absolutely nothing to do with starting it but are receiving the brunt of it.

I got about 1/2 hour in to it and didn't see any reason to continue it was a Ukrainian history lesson which wasn't bad but didn't interest me I was looking for why Russia raided Ukraine I still don't see any justifiable reason.

That came in the other 1.5 hours. We almost did that to Cuba for the same reason.
