Tucker Outer Pontoon Bearing/Seal/Nut

The outer pontoon bearings are in good shape. One is missing a seal and the other is worn.

I can get a replacement bearing for the original which was a federal 1208GF crosses to a Timken 208SL.

The seal is a National 50304 which nobody can cross yet. Anyone know where to get these?

Also there is one axel nut that is 7/8 14 and about 1/5 inches. The other same thread but huge and you cannot get a cotter in due to size. I can find replacement castle nuts of this size but not with such a short height. The stock one is only 1/2 or so. Most are 3/4 to and inch which will make me loose the washer to use or not but a cotter in. Where can I find one of these?

Lastly one outer cap on the aluminum bearing housing is tapped and screwed on the others are not. Would this be becasue they are prone to fall off?

Take the too tall nut to a machine shop and have them shorten it in a lathe, to what ever height you desire. Shouldn't take but a couple of minutes, as this is an easy thing to chuck up and face some off of.

The cross for that NA 50304 should be a Chicago Rawhide 18872.

All four of my caps are screwed and I assumed it was factory that way?

Only one of mine has screws or holes for that matter. Do they all have grease fittings? Mine does and I am thinking when you grease it maybe it can pop cap off? I plan to screw them so I don't loose them.

Thanks for the bearing seal help. Timken could not come up with anything to cross.

No grease fittings on mine. They just get packed with grease and caps screwed back on.

After a second look and removing the dirt/grease there are holes so they are screwed on.

One cap is missing so now I am in the market for one.
