Looking at my front turn table the bolts are tight but the shackles are worn up and down creating slop.

Looks like some new bolts and shackles will bring this back to new.

Any supplier sources??

Aren't those just 5/16" or 3/8" flat stock with drilled holes? We don't do anything that light duty, but Donovan Spring in Londonderry would have anything and everything you need. And if they don't, they will make it.
