Tucker hybid track parts

I have a Tucker 1972 543A that has some sort of hybrid track system installed (at least that is what I have been told). I have some broken grousers and tire guides that need to be replaced, and they are not repairable or weldable. A local welder will make some new ones, but at a huge cost as he has to make a jig first. Does anyone know where I can get some used parts, or a lead on who might know??

Photo attached. The distance between the bolt holes on the tire guide is 13 1/2 inches.

thanks

I'd guess that you've got some kind of third-party tracks on your 543. I've seen lots of Tuckers and as far as I know they've never built any grousers that used a separate tire guide.

There was a company that made a rubber track conversion for the older pontoon/ladder track Tuckers (which based on its model number, yours had when it was new). There was the word Sierra in the name as I recall.

Could you post some photos of the track system?

Attached are some additional photos of my hybrid Tucker tracks. I think they are different from any I saw on the earlier compilation of Tucker tracks. Still hoping for anyone to tell me the origin and if there are any other in the world for cannibalism.
