I went to ebay and did an advanced search for "Tucker" specifying completed listings. This is what showed up and I'll assume it's the one you are asking about:

I know nothing about drags so I can't comment on that, nor ascribe a value to it.
The high bid was $7,501, and it didn't meet reserve....
Some general comments:
1.) The ebay seller's feedback rating is only 93.8. That's pretty low but when I look at the less than positive feedback comments it appears the seller has embellished the condition of items in the past. For me that's a major red flag!
2.) As you probably know Tucker made three different cab styles, and offered different length (and width) tracks. The two-door cab, while being the most numerous, is generally the least desirable when compared to the four-door and three-door versions.
3.) Similarly, the 1300 series machines had the shortest tracks. They're usually found in the mid west and somewhat frequently in the northeast. Out west the mid length tracks (1500 series) or the long tracks (1600 or 1700 series) are more desirable due to their increased flotation and the deeper (and lighter) snow we get.
So with that being said, a 1342 is the least expensive Tucker. This one is equipped with a 318 V-8 and a four speed transmission. Those are also the base engine and transmission.
4.) The 3,811 hours are not low, and this machine was used as a groomer. I think it's fair to say grooming is harder on a machine than just transporting people, or gear (or both).
I'd be concerned about potential frame cracks, the condition of the clutch, the journals on the carriers being worn, the condition of the idler wheels (damper wheels too, if it has those) and the sprockets.
5.) My recollection is the 1982 Tuckers had a one-piece hood that tilts forward (instead of the clamshell style). I believe they also moved the orbitrol (steering control valve) inside the cab. Forum member Muley180 has a 1982 Tucker and I think his has those features. This machine does not. However Tucker tended to make production changes throughout the year, so this may have been built before those changes.
6.) It looks like the dash panel has been reinforced along the bottom edge, and it appears something is going on with the steering column where it meets the dash panel. Why?
7.) It's missing the rear square mesh engine guards on both sides. Not necessarily a big deal, but to me anyway, that isn't in keeping with the "excellent condition!!!" the seller claims.
Personally, I'd keep looking...
