Tucker 442 Door Hinges

I have no idea what hinges Tucker used on your machine.

On two of the three Tuckers I've owned (1-'79 and 2-'80 models) the hinges look a whole lot like these:

Tucker shortens the triangular portion quite a bit. They also weld the gusseted section to the cab and remove the hinge pin. Tucker uses a bolt in lieu of the hinge pin so one can remove the doors quite easily.

On the Tucker's I've had the hinges had four thin nylon sleeve bushings that seem to break/wear out. When they do, the hinge has lots of play.

The new hinges from Eberhard use one bushing and it's much thicker.
