Trackster Purchase Need Feedback

Have an opportunity to purchase a trackster of unknown history for around 1500$. Guy is selling for a friend who inherited it and it has been sitting and it appears outside.

He states the condition is good, and complete but has not run for ?. Also is listed as a marsh version but that appears wrong from the pic.

Seems like the price is right even if I had to part out.

What do you think? Also can these drive year round? Seems like they are made to run on anything

there's been members looking for them could be a quick flip as that one has a complete and rare full cab

yup all year round all terrian and I have the factory manual for it! a freind of mine put an rx7 rotary motor in his, worked great but was limited by the hydrulic's and did get fairly warm (needed bigger radiator, anyway if you want the manual make me an offer, I will have to go dig it up out of my wharhouse but I think I know right where it is! or I can just post what info you need, $1500 is a good buy these things are pretty tuff and fun to drive, may want to beef up the rear idlers, my buddy kept breaking his and throwing the tracks off
