there is one up here you may see it on bering sea under the ice . i have worked on them i havn't been too impresssed
 
The snowmobile club next town over had one in 500hrs it had a hyd pump 2 tracks 3 spindle had to have the steering timed to the tracks and a head gasket other than that the best day was the day it was traded for a lmc 1800
 
The company name ASV stood for all season vehicle. They were (and are) very maintenance prone units. Our club had 2 (now 1) of them. The later turbo diesel models were better but still not very heavy duty for what folks used them for. Fun toy though, spin them in they own radius in the snow
 
There's one for sale here a few miles up the road from my office. Never bothered to stop and look closely at it due to the reports I've read on them on here and other sites.
 
They're nothing more than a toy; not much of a groomer. I operated one for a season. Had a 4cyl. gas Jeep motor. What a piece of S#%*!:yum:
