Dear Abbey ,
I have a 2 1/2 year old toddler boy and my wife is due to have our second kid in a few weeks . My problem is how do I keep the toddler from crash tackling the baby ? My wife has already banned me from setting up the electric fence around his playpen and hidden all the duct tape in the house so I'm running out of ideas but want to be prepared before bub comes home . Help .

Lots of supervision.
Lots of patience.
Lots of beer (for you).
Can you get a job overseas for the next 10-15 years? ;)

But that's no fun , I don't get to play with glue , electricity or tape ....

OK... What about Rubber bands or bungee cords? Combine these with beer and you will all the creativity needed to solve the problem. My guess is that the TODDLER will be fine. And it's MOMMA that will be the wreck. If/When she not breast feeding consider lacing her drinks with a sedative. I am sure the whole family will be greatful.:thumb:

:respect:

I always tell my friends that the kids are the easy part. Is the Post-Partum crazy wife that is the hard part.

Now the bungee cords sound like the go , maybe incorporate a winch to the ceiling as well for the times you need a bit of extra tension as well ...

QUIET!! DO NOT give these women any more ideas!!:shitHitFan: :moon:

How about we combine all the ideas , a wench in the ceiling that you winch down when the witch is in residence and you're sleeping on the lounge :sex:

OK then , the wench on a winch in the ceiling of the shed so the toddler doesn't get disturbed in the house , for use when the witch is in residence ???
