Both RAI and DOW reported profits this week that were technically shortfalls in excess of 30% due to one time reorganization costs. As a result, they're trading more than 4% off their recent share costs. Waddya think? Bargains?

I am switching over to real estate big time . There are some of the best buys , I have ever seen out there . If you can afford to buy real estate for cash and hold , the rewards could be huge !!JMO
 
I gotta wonder if there is a reit for cemetaries and mosoleums. Talk about a growth potential.

The only thing I have against it is it seems you are making money off of others hard times, much like the "payday loans" type businesses that are popping up on every street corner. Just curious is all. :unsure:
