Tired of Whitney songs and stories.

Gone But Not Forgotten
My goodness she is dead and ain't coming back. Why is every station and network just beating this story to death and playing her songs over and over. Let her RIP and report on something different.:hammer::hammer::hammer:

Yeah it is getting kind of old. You flip from one channel to the next and it is all about Whitney. Let the family bury her in peace for pete's sake.

I too wish they would sort of take a more reserved approach to this tragedy. Everyone in the world knows that Whitney became totally addicted to drugs when she hooked up with Bobby Brown and her whole life from that point on has simply been a slow motion train wreck. It really reminds me of Michael Jackson, but on a smaller scale. Both were undeniably super talented performers with a wonderful gift from God and both allowed the wrong people guide their careers and their lives. Amy Winehouse is another, probably more appropriate, example of an extremely gifted female singer who allowed those she trusted most lead her down the primrose path. Sad. Really sad. They should lock away the last year's worth of videos of Whitney and let people remember her as a vibrant and beautiful young woman with a powerful yet beautiful voice. I'd prefer to remember her that way; not a strung out junkie who had lost most everything in life to drugs.

She was a singer and an actress that had no self respect, no cares about the people that lived her, and they treat this has been train wreck like a phukin God.

She was a singer!

Christ, when was the last time the msm honored one of our killed soldiers like this? Phuk I hate the media.

At least five people opened the conversation with me today, "WOW,What a surprise about the tradgedy of Whitney Houston?" It was cold I know but my answer was "What? Have you been living under a rock?"

Surprised? Hardly.

Serious tragedy yes, that such a talent selfishly squadered her gift on drugs and substance abuse. But who can say no one saw it coming? Come on!
And why is it headlines that her daughter was rushed to the ER collapsing from the emotional strain of the event? Sorry if I offend but is the answer to such stress always drugs? Apparently in Tinsel Town, it is.

How many times must this happen to gifted people? Doctors who should know better have the morals of worms when they prescribe such harmful medication regimiens to people because they have wealth and fame..... and are "special."

Elvis, Micheal Jackson, Whitney,,,,,are hardly the begining of the list. Whether is is illegal drugs off the street or illicit prescription of such drugs, Substance abuse affects some 13% of American adults. And the medical profession, along with guys like Ron Paul, aren't helping.
