time to fix the snocat

Had our first "skiff" of snow in northern Utah a few weeks ago. I went out to the barn and checked on the TM. Left side is still broken. Whats with that? I figured leave it alone all summer and it would heal thy self?!

That being said... I need to replace about 30-40 of the inside track guides. They were cut off when the bracket broke and spun around. Also need to replace the whole outside front assembly that holds the wheel behind the front sprocket.

Does anyone have any of the parts for sale or do I need to see about remanufacturing them?

I will take some pictures this weekend.

track giudes i could help you with but you will buy the whole section of track not worth my wile to break things down but i can't help you with the other parts if i could find some i would save them.

Attached some pictures. 1st one is the good side. Bad side wheel is flipped. the spring is gone, mounting bracket looks like it was welded at one time and the weld failed.

Although its a royal pain in the a$$, many of those look repairable. I've successfully straightened and rewelded several of mine.
