Hi,
Any low price source for front tires for a Thiokol Sprite? Present front tire is foam filled 4.50 12 NHS on a split, 5 bolt rim. FallLine wants over $ 500.00 for a replacement wheel and $ 245.00 for repair of my old rim.

Falline is good but boy are they expensive . I would give BOGGIE a shout . He is a member here on FF . He may be a horse thief :hide:,but he's a hella nice guy and may be able to help you out .

Denny this summer I Just bought the same tire from okmer's supply in denver thay are the ones that supply most of the stuff for the ski areas and it was 218.00 including the fill. But i do not know about the split rim mine were the alum rims and thay do have them in stock. Denny I have a few spares. I can sell one for $150. I believe it is also foam filled. I may have one none foamed and one foamed. PM me if interested. I am also 4 hours North of you if you live in Las Vegas.

Did you ever make the trip across Idaho last Feb? I was in that area of Idaho this fall and very beautiful country. The squeze and I spent 10 weeks in northern Idaho near Canada in the motor home just laying back and fishing.
I have been in contact with Thiokol2track about tires. I am interested in the one foam filled you have if 2track can not get what I need. My steel split rims are ok.

Hi Denny,
No we didnt get the meet going in Idaho. I was swammped with snowcat work in Idaho though. I did over 700 miles in trails to reach our sites and was busy all winter. This winter looks the same! Let me know on the tire and rim combo. I dont have any tires by themselves.

Denny Todd, Check your pm's .I sent you one a couple days ago. I have two new 4.50-12 10-ply front tires ready to go.
 
we got an implement tire and wheel from LesSchwab for our 4T10 - and had them foam fill the front ones. They figured out the size by what we had for original. The wheel was the same (nearly identical), but we did buy all new tires so they matched. I think they are pretty darn close to original size though. I think the tires were around $70 and about the same to foam fill them. I think the wheels were around $40 if I remember right.

Sorry for butting in but if anyone is looking for a tire or two I have two available. One is a Fall Line 5.30-12NHS and the other is a Goodyear Monorail tire 4.50-12NHS If interested please PM for additional details. I will post this in a new thread in a few days if I don't get any response.
