Thiokol $3200 on CL

I would love to have it but the diesel has different gearing in the rear end I can't afford to feed a 4v 390 ford v8 but there are a lot of good parts there tracks and maybe guides I'm spending 2 k on a new set of guides so I don't have money to buy another cat. besides no snow yet and we haven't even froze up.
 
What would you guys do with such a unit? The reason I ask is, there is A Delorean 3700, serial D3l-1081, AC diesel, with blade, tiller etc. And a Thiokol 2100A serial 154, just tractor, no attachments, 6 cyl Ford, standard, 1\2 mile from my house. Been part of a volunteer ski hill for 30 years, neither machine had moved in last 15 years until 2 years ago the building they were stored in fell in. They drug them outside and there they sit. I tryed to give a donation to the club and haul them away, but they thought they were worth THOUSANDS of dollars, and said they would keep them. The Thiokol is over 12' wide and the Delorean is close to 16'. The Delorean started and they drove it out.
 
what do you do with such a unit?
Hopefully not break down on the trail.....
And...
groom 30 miles of snow mobile trails with a full width 2100 C.
Pack down cat tails like a fool so the marshes freeze down better.
we hope to be pulling a stuck tractor out of a bog next month weather permiting.

I also wish it had a wider cab.
I also wish I had some sort of fenders.

mine I have slotted for doing freight and I will try my hand at some grooming as I can rustle up some bread to do it. the money for me is freight. that thing can pull a lot of weight and is a pretty dependable package with out pumps and hoses to fail
