Angry Passenger Throws Prosthetic Legs At Trooper

Chemult, Oregon (AHN) - An angry passenger threw his prosthetic legs at an Oregon state trooper who stopped the driver for traveling in the wrong direction.
State trooper, Don Newcomb, asked the motorist to get out of his SUV after he allegedly detected alcohol on his breath.
Passenger Joel Kackstetter, 53, got out of the car and told Newcomb that he would rip his head off, according to police.
After Newcomb put the driver in the patrol car, he chased Kackstetter and kicked him from behind. Kackstetter then threw both of his legs at the trooper, the police report says.
One of the legs hit Newcomb in the chest. Kackstetter was arrested for suspicion of menacing, assaulting an officer, interference with an officer, criminal conspiracy and resisting arrest.
