The last piece of the puzzle !!!

BigAl

Gone But Not Forgotten
WEll,,, it has taken almost 10 years of patience ,but I just secured a deal to buy the last piece of my dream .
Tomorrow the last little piece of ranch property at I wanted to buy to finish out my ranch will go into escrow . I now have the whole valley to watch my Deer and Elk from .It cost me double its value , but it was worth it . It will raise my property values considerably .
The old owners will remove just about everything on the property(Mobile home & junk) starting next week . I , in return will end up with more pasture area in front of my ranch .:clap:Fences will start comming down shortly after that .

It is a good day !

I think that will be my future investment plan: buy land in front of wealthy people, junk it up, and then sell it for double the value.

:shifty:

LOL:yum: Your very close . The difference is the old place was split off from this ranch when it was split up . No one has lived in the old place for as long as I know of. It is really run down . The owners are relatives of this original ranch that I purchase back in early 2000 . They knew I wanted it and I had sent a "offer to buy" letter years ago to buy it to show "Good Faith" on my part . They just raised the offer price some more . Oh well ..... At least this dream is now complete .

Deer and Elk eh, and you live where. I'm planning are hunting this year for the first time in over 41 years seriously. :whistling:

Congratulations on the getting what you have wanted. It is nice when a plan comes together. :flowers:

Are you comming West to hunt ?
The wolves have really dented the hunting in our area . I am very lucky to have a ranch where the Elk hang out now . I'll kill any wolf on site .We have horses so I am allowed to protect my animals .

I might be coming West of you even, namely Washington State. Not carved in stone yet as my oldest son lives in the mountains on the east side of the Sound near Seabeck (restaurant, gas station and boat dock) or Bremerton (sub base). Never shot a wolf but he is having problems with bears and coyotes. He cleared 2 acres on his 10 acres to build his home about 30 years ago when he first got married.
