This film was filmed by Don Horter. He also made one called White Peril. I was not able to pull it up but it's subject is the snow measuring in the Washington state cascades. I remember one other one I think was called Wheels across the Arctic. The machine was huge and had rubber tires with diesel/ electric drive.
