Teng tools?

Mith

The Eccentric Englishman
Anyone have any experience with Teng tools?

I just grabbed myself a set of their screwdrivers from down the local shop. About 2/3 the price of Snap-on (thought looking at the Teng website the price he gave me was bit special :cool2: ). He assured me they had the lifetime warrenty, and it says on the box too. Just gotta see how long they last before they wear out, and no using them as chisels this time :D

Mith,
They sound cool, but they aren't sold here in the US. Maybe someday. I did look at the website though and they do sound like quality stuff. I'll bet there are some tool snobs out there that won't try them since they are made in Taiwan.

Please post some reports in the future if you think about it.:cool2:

Ah, that would explain why no-one in the US has heard of them :D

Rest assured, I will let you know if I break one, and if it gets replaced. So far, they are nice, comfortable to use.

I hadnt heard of proxxon. Their tools look quite innovative, too many features IMO, more to go wrong.
It doesnt look like you can buy a simple spanner from them, youve got to buy a reversible ratchet one with a feature to stop nuts falling out of it :confused2:

Bone, not sure about chopsicks, but they work great for digging wax out of ears :a1:
