Thank you Mtntopper! I have one particular company that keeps calling me ignoring the national do not call list. And when I ask to speak with a suppervisor they just hang up on me. This is gonna be good!

Dont know how. They call with no data showing. BUT maybe I should just play along and get there name. OK will do that. Didnt know they would be fined.
Actually, the fine can be over $10,000.
On inquiry, they should tell you the name of the company. If you sound a bit interested, you can often get the persons name and employee #.
Get a copy of the complaint form from the gov'n and keep it near the phone. You can then be filling out the form while they're on the phone. Keep a record of the call(s) from this company.
