T96 transmission oil

According to the manual, my '77 Imp has a Borg Warner T96 transmission. Years ago I think my old '69 CJ5 ran a T90.

So...to the question: What are you cat-addicted people using for oil in the 3 speed tranny? Searching here and on our friend Google has only provided minimal info, like using GL1 gear oil (ancient, good luck finding), or maybe even newer GL4. Supposedly both are friendly with the bronze/brass internal parts in the T90 series.
It's the only fluid I have left to change. Crawling under this Imp is a PIA and I only want to do it once...more.

My manual says 50 wt oil for trans and drive unit.
For the differential and transaxle, since they're linked and share the same oil on a C4 equipped Imp. I ended up filling the 3 speed transmission with standard gear oil
