SW48 sprocket question

I have a '69 bombardier sw48 that is in need of drive sprockets. One is well worn the other the teeth are gone. I use this for snow, hauling logs, grading, pulling stuck vehicles. What are my options and what would be the best? I have found poly and rubber sprockets online. What about metal?

I think that going w/metal should work, but they will eat into the track cleats. Why not just stay with what they were originally designed for? They should last a while. I have seen city crews drive SW-48's to beat Hell, and the faster the better! That will wear them in quickly, of course. If you replace an existing sprocket on your machine w/a poly one, how long will it last you?

Thanks for the reply, I went ahead and picked up a couple of the poly ones from minnesota outdoor. I guess I will see how they hold up.
