More logs on the fire, and yet again the upper, upper, class has some explaining to do. In this day of the internet and "knowledge is power" You would think this would be a guilding light for tax reform. Don't raise the rates, just make them ineleigible for breaks and subsidies, and track them like a hawk. Amazing how much money we could raise if this were done. But kind of like the 60 minutes piece last night that fired some of us up, for most it was a collective yawn... Nothing will ever get done.....

With the appathy, how can we ever get to a good place for our country again?...

Based on the footnotes in the report most came from government reports from various congressional data checking agencies inside the government.
