I had a conversation with a friend of mine who owns a machine shop. He is making me some replacement parts and the subject of reproducing Sno Cat parts came up.

My Tuckers have rubber belts with steel grousers, but my understanding is track parts for steel track Tuckers are hard to find. I don't know anything about the steel tracks so I'd appreciate it if someone would tell me what parts typically wear out, and what level of demand exists for them?

All of the parts eventually where out. Moast can be rebuilt or you can fab new ones but the track flanged bearings are the kicker. At $40.00 a piece for new ones it can really empty the bank fast. So cheep used bearings are alyays in high demand.
