ST4B Bogie tires

Kind of a repeat forum question!
I need bogie tires for my ST4B. It seems the Trelleborg T522 (original) tire may be available in Sri Lanka. Don’t have any contact info to verify and fear shipping would be outrageous. Trelleborg makes a T991, acceptable substitute, but that tire is 120 days out.
What has anyone else found that is a good choice?
I am planning on having them foam filled to avoid worry about flats. The T522 is six ply, but I think by foam filling I may be able to get by with four ply tires. Any experience with that idea?
Thanks in advance!

Not quite the same profile as the Trelleborg, but they work well, look at the tires for industrial hand carts/hand trucks.

Not only do some of the wheels have the same dimensions, but they have tires easily available too. The tires are typically more 'flat' in profile than the original Trelleborg but in my experience the industrial hand truck tire profile sits better in the track guides.

Most of mine are brand name Secura. they are 6 ply. do well. but more of a rounded profile than original. The issue with cart tires is some are only 2 ply, and >I< wouldn't trust them. http://www.klovsjo.com/snowtrac/ Christer had a source for some OEM ones but don't know the status.

Can you give me a brand/model and or source for the forklift tires. I tried several sources and no had no luck!
Thanks
i posted several pictures search should find better pictures but they are continental forklift tires they are solid.

No luck to this point finding Trelleborg T522 or T991 bogie tires and Continental says probably 90 days plus to get their SC10 forklift tires imported at ??? price.
BUT!!!
I found out I am within 60 miles of the people who are Alpine Guide Tire!
Drove down there today and had great visit. They have some of the Alpine Guide 4.50-16 solid tires in stock and should be getting in 300 of the 4.50-16 pneumatic tires shortly.
Lee (the owner) took measurements and pictures of the Trelleborg T522 tire I took with me. Also took pics and measurements of the rim. He is going to contact his manufacturer about the possibility of getting some number of them produced in a solid tire rather than pneumatic.
