ST 1180 HELP!

I,m Putting together a project that i recently bought and can't find p/n st 1180 washer behind large drive sprocket I need to know what the width of this washer should be so I could have two made up. another question is parts diagram shows st 6009 as lock ring is that actually a seal? ST 4 S/N 262 Thanks for your help. Terry.
