Special Prosecutor: Biden "elderly man with a poor memory" NO CHARGES FILED for US Documents Theft by Biden

Interesting new issue has come up.

Apparently President Biden is totally capable of being President of the US but he is too mentally forgetful to be prosecuted for stealing documents while he was VP and keeping them unsecured in various places and even sharing them with his biographer.

This wreaks of a 2 tier system of justice. Democrats get a pass, but Republicans get prosecuted.

I've seen several stories now published. I'm posting part of a left-leaning Politico story because the right wing stories make it so blatantly obvious that Biden is 1) incapable of leading and 2) many will firmly Trump is being railroaded for the documents he had at MaraLago. So here is a left-wing story and it is pretty damning in how Biden is described.

It should be noted that the Special Prosecutor did draw legal differences between Biden VOLUNTARILY turning over documents while Trump supposedly REFUSED to release documents (although Trump's lawyers suggested he was negotiating to release them).

. . .
Special Counsel Robert Hur, a well-respected former U.S. Attorney, explained the president’s “lapses in attention and vigilance demonstrate why former officials should not keep classified materials unsecured at home and read them aloud to others, but jurors could well conclude that Mr. Biden’s actions were unintentional.”
But he said that Biden would make a defense that many jurors would find sympathetic.
“[A] trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” . . .
. . . Biden did not remember when he was vice president or, “even within several years,” when his son Beau died. Biden, Hur writes, “appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.” He predicted that Biden’s attorneys “would emphasize these limitations in his recall” if they were called upon to defend him at trial. . .

Okay, this is ridiculous, and I believe it has put the final nail in the Biden re-election coffin. Americans, generally speaking, are not so stupid to buy that Biden is too senile to stand trial but not too senile to serve again as President. He's either too senile for both, or he's not and he should be prosecuted for something that any of us would likely do decades in prison.

Seems almost like they want to start a fight. Why would they do that. Oh wait, it couldn't be that they would want some violence so they could claim a civil war and enact martial law before the election ? They are half way there with the Texas border crisis.

Kamala Harris Could REMOVE BIDEN Via 25th Amendment, She Doesn’t Need Congress

So if VP says that president is and a majority of the principal officers determined that president is unfit she moves up and speaker of the house moves up what's the odds in Vegas on this happening ??????

Section 4

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
