Good luck. I don't doubt they are out there. I wound up making my own out of some A-36 steel plate. They probably should be from hardenable steel hardened after forming, but I have not had any issues with the ones I made.

Use a large grade 5 bolt for parent material. Cut them out on a lathe. Grade 5's will machine, yet are hard
enough for this task.

Maybe I'm missing something (likely) but why not use extra-thick Grade 8 flat washers?

;) If you have a lathe and some old large junk grade 5 bolts it is nearly free, not to mention faster than ordering them.
Just the way I am I suppose. And the reason I own 2 lathes.

Otherwise, you have an alternative.
