I met a groomer on a corner while it was making a u turn. It looked kind of large for awhile. this was out the back door of the snow trac.

Jim you are out there playing every weekend how about your opinion on the bombi vs snow trac what are the good and bad points of each

Couchloafer,

Don't want to rub it in, but I have beeen running on them as well. Tried out my new exhaust system on the sledd trail this weekend. I now have the a leak free exhaust out the back and up behind the door ending just above the roof. Really like this set up, much quieter, best thing I have done to mine thus far....I am thinking yours is already like that...

It is but it is up at the cabin.......I will have to post a picture after I get back next time......do you have any pictures of yours?

Not yet,

But I will post some next time it's out. The muffler shop guys did a great job getting the outlet out of the belly pan with nice smooth bends, abeit he had to piece it together from chunks of pipe he bent first. He has talent for sure. Aluminized pipe for long life. Rubberized hangers for silence. Very much worth the price, I think. Glad we didn't have to pull the muffler, as this dosen't look like anything that can be done in the time we had. The owner of the shop and I did the job, and talked about Snow Tracs alot...He is going to get a ride in mine for sure, and probably a test drive! And he tooks lots of pictures of it as well as did others that were there. An ST4 is definately an attention getter out here in this area anyway. I am afraid I may cause an accident with all the rubber necking I see when I am in the road ditches!!....:ermm:

And so nice not having the fumes in the cabin.......

Regards, Kirk

I had to drill a small hole in the pipe in the rear below the door. One morning I had so much frozen moisture in it that it almost didn't run.

Don, I like the snow trac over the bombi because of the easy entry , smoother ride and more inside room.but the bombi has lots of power and excellent heaters. I was going to sell the bombi but now I want to build a trailer like yours for it. I was asked about some rescue work .The groomer in the photo broke up on the hill and they had to haul the parts in to fix it by snomobile. One part was 200lbs.
