snow trac on eBay...

One would think, that you would at least try it in the snow before you sold the tried and true.

hummm,

thinking, 75 years kinda takes it out of the fad category,

and when elder tucker machines out preform much much newer machines, it is time have a drink of orange kewl aid, and enjoy the experience. stay orange and tucker on.

and yet, there are still, some wearing bell bottoms, tie died, and playing with their toy snow cats.:biggrin:

I'd keep the snow trac too, it has worked out great. I just need a shed to keep it in really (probably what son-drifter and the Princess thought too when they started collecting them...), but I will really only use one and I have other vehicles to keep running around here so I just don't want it to sit around and not get used. It's tough though, I might regret selling it and actually seems like it will sell on eBay.... I just know they are hard to find and if I ever want another I would not be able to find one around here or one as inexpensive as this one.
As for the Tucker, a 68' 542 with pontoons, it's all new to me and I am a little nervous about taking one on but I have good support around here and I'll be leaning heavily on them until I get weaned. I'm really excited to see where it takes me, literally, I'm just excited to get it on the snow. Also hoping the rangers like it, they didn't seem to mind the snow trac.

I think its just a fun idea to paint any cat I work on Orange, if I cant have a Tucker than at least I'll pretend that I own one by painting one orange... :)

Happy Snowday Dance time... Seems like this winter should be "white" :)

:yum::yum::yum:

Do you think it's a fad like tie died tee shirts?, bell bottom jeans ? Of course not all of them are orange :whistling:

I've had both and depending on use I know you will miss the Trac! Reasonable price for a unique toy! Somebody's gonna be a happy new owner!!!
