Snow Trac 50 years.

We had a 50th year Snow Trac anniversary in Norway, last week-end. 22 Snow trac's attended!!! That was a record even in Norway. I took 122 pictures and some video, but are having problems making the files small enough to attach here... I have started to put some of the videos on Youtube under "Snow Trac meet" if anyone wants to have a look. I've attached a link to one of them below - hope it works ok.

Please put the images in the PHOTO GALLERY.

The image size in the PHOTO GALLERY allows for individual images up to 2MB while the limit in the threads is much lower. We can then make a link to the gallery where you post the images.

There is a link 'button' on the upper right corner of each page. Simply click on the button that says "Photo Gallery" to take you to the main page of the Photo Gallery. Everyone who is a member here can use the photo gallery to post your own photos, short video clips, PDF files, etc. I have all sorts of stuff, including magazine articles, old snowcat advertisements, and personal photos in my gallery.

If you don't see a button in the upper corner of your page, here is a direct link to the Photo Gallery: http://www.forumsforums.com/pp53/showmembers.php

You can search through the various members galleries and look at what they posted, post your own stuff, etc. You can even set up 'albums' to organize your images.

It was there, and broken when I bought the Snow Trac a few years ago. I would guess it's either an antennae mount or a rotating beacon base. I haven't decided what to do with it yet, but guess it will end up with an antennae... Have never seen a KRISTI "thing" here in Norway though, so I guess I don't have to save one... :rolleyes:
