ok now that it's cold out i guess it's time to work on my cat. here is my problem of course the rollers are bad but what else is new.. my tracks are frozen stiff as in rusted tight any ideas on what to do? i was thinking about taking them off and soaking them in diesel fuel for a while. did anybody ever install anothe rdrive system instead of the tracks? it i replaced all the rollers i would be in $$$ .

thanks scott

A little more info would help but soaking and bending metal tracks until they free up Might get you there. Don't put them on very tight to start with. Maybe something crazy like dragging them down a gravel road for a ways might help?

try squirting your joints down with dot 3 brake fluid its the best penetraiting oil out there i have used it many times to free up hopelessly rusted up motors so they could be rebuilt and to free up other stuff if thins are bad enough mey ave to repeat the process over several days even used this to free up the bug motor in my snow trac im driving now sat on the coast not running for the last 5 years over 200 hours of run time on it now still havn't burned any oil yet
