10/4. It is on the ROCK. About 135 miles from the mainland ferry in Port Aux Basques. His brother has trucks going back & forth to Toronto & south of the border. I think the price is good also.

Should be a pretty simple & straight forward procedure. I haven't been south for going on 14 yrs. now. Call your local customs rep & get the proper info. I think the $$ figure is $2,500.

If hauled by a hired trucker must go through a customs broker if hauled
By a owner just a bill of sale neither country likes the others country's dirt
If they are transporting to much dirt they will make you clean it before it crosses
( apparently) there are bugs in the dirt

Yes I have seen dirty tractors get turned around in NY.

you might be looking at import duties because it wasn't made in North America, unless the US has a no duty trade agreement with Sweden
