And you thought the New York newspaper culling gun license holders' addresses from public records searches and publishing them was a bad idea. A University of California - San Diego lecturer (how that fully differs from professor, I don't know) Brett Stallman has released "Gun Geo Marker", to allow people to post the lat & long of places where they witness unsafe gun handling or gun possession by "dangerous" people to a publicly accessible database. Yeah. This wont end badly at all.
On the bright side there is a funny way to defeat this guy and his app. Dig up his address and "tag" all of his neighbors and every business within a 10 block radius of his house
