I did not get the snowcat fixed in time. However, we had plenty of sleds to haul the scouts around. Here is a video of the conditions. Great day, 2-3' of snow on the ground. 4' in some places at our cabin. Started due west of the cabin and sledded in. Just uploaded so still processing.
