I've journeyed to Boggie's place and seen this rare bird in person. It appears to be in quite good shape. I dasn't repeat what I think the asking price was, however. Better leave that to Boggie. It appears he checks this forum frequently.

Well right now we have it offered to someone on the forum and we will let you know if they do not buy it. as snowbird has said it is in pretty good condition.
