Folks, I have searched the forums and taken my old shocks to 3 different parts stores to see if they can match them up. Does anyone know what the model # I need to get? or point me to a link on the forums if they are already mentioned. Thanks in advance

I have seen some thing some where what I'm using on mine are front shocks for a 81 chevy or gmc k 2500 you have to sawzall the sleeves flush with the bushings on the top but they have served me well
 
did you read it a surprise??
I have vw shocks on mine and the manual shows a vw part number.
