He didn't think it would be okay, he just agreed with it. That is the problem with the left. They will do the wrong thing if they think it helps their side win. They believe the ends justify the means. Censor speech? Sure, if it helps defeat Trump. Use governmental power to go after political rivals? Sure, if it helps defeat Trump. Nominate a candidate for president who hasn't won a primary election? Sure, if it helps defeat Trump. Suspend objective journalism? Sure, if it helps defeat Trump.

And on it goes. They are disgusting.
 
Yet barely a mention of this in the mainstream media or the liberal media, which, when combined, cover the vast majority of the news consumers. So while this is a real victory in principle, it is only a symbolic victory in actuality.
