Doug Ruffo, very good friend, lives in Benezette, PA (Elk County). He had some visitors a couple mornings ago, one being very inquisitive.

Very cool. :thumb: I had a white tail doe come up almost that close to me a couple of months ago while I was on the back patio, it turned out she wasn't being quite so friendly. I hadn't noticed she had her twins just around the corner of the house, it didn't take me long to go back in for another cup of coffee and wait untill they left the area. She came real close to following me in the back door. :w00t2:
 
Hope he does not have shrubs and fruit trees he cares about! They are neat to watch over there but are hell on folks plantings.

My wife would consider that to be an acceptable casualty for the benefit of having the wildlife that close. He must have been putting food out for some time.

Nah, you don't need to ............. Just take a ride through Elk County and you'll see them everywhere. There is no need to feed to have them visit!
 
I wonder if they ever figured out how to keep them out of the cemetery over there? You don't drive fast when you visit that area as they can block a road real quick. You don't want to hit one or you will total your vehicle and get hurt. I saw what they did to one fellas orchard and it was not pretty.:hammer:
