Seaswirl Neptune Cuddy Cabin for sale

I will be selling a 1996 Seaswirl Neptune cuddy cabin in the near future. It is 19.5' long with 2001 Evinrude 150 Ficht outboard, 2005 Lowrance 107 fish finder, Ratheon GPS, Garmin 176C chartplotter, top w/curtains, hydraulic steering, trim tabs, and porta-potty. The boat is in excellent condition. $12,000. The boat is on a covered boat lift and has never been stored in the sun and/or elements. I will post pictures very soon.
I just bought a bigger boat and the wife is making me sell this one.

I must have been drunk or tired when I first posted this.
The boat is a Sunbird Neptune 202, not a Seaswirl. It has a Garmin 128 GPS, not a Ratheon (other than these two errors, everything else above is accurate). It also has an electric winch, VHF radio and less than 210 hours on the motor. I have the boat for sell on other sites for $14,000 OBO. The NADA list high retail @ $15,500 and low retail @ $13,000.
