Take another look at the pic of the zombie in the OP. Looking at his face, I'm thinking that's what was used on his cheek/eye. Remember, killing zombies should be fun. Using a bazooka or grenade is fun for awhile but there's nothing like swinging a bat to get the ole blood pumping.
