Are the any retirements coming up before 2028?
How about between 2029 and 2032?
Ang again between 33 and 38?

Can Trump codify amount of justices?
 
Maybe not in four, but Thomas, Alito, Sotomayor and Kagan could go within the next 12 years.
Anybody have any idea about others?
 
They can stay or retire, it's 100% up to them.
I'd think the elder conservative justices may consider resigning when DJT is President so another conservative justice is likely.
I think the liberal judges would hold out, hoping for a Dem president to find their replacement.
