Yesterday one of my nephews was killed in a car accident. He died instant his girl friend has her shoulder broken and a friend also in the car is brain dead and was not expected to live through the night.Driving too fast,in poor conditions and ran into a grader. my nephew was 28 years old and leaves behind a little girl 3 years old.
 
I am so sorry for your families loss,i can relate to losing a loved one in a road accident,such a terrible time for all involved.

I know were you are at..

I've had a day like that. In November of 1981 my identical twin lost his life in simillar circustances. I know how it feels.

My prayers are with your family. It isn't easy or quick to get over something like this. May the good Lord in heaven be at you side during these days of sorrow. May this bring your familes closer together for the strength that you need to share now, and in the days ahead. I am truley sorry for your loss...

I've been wrapped up in my own little bubble of trouble and looked out only to find this thread waiting to show me that my troubles are small compared to those faced by others. I'm so sorry to hear this news of the loss of your nephew and to now hear of a small child deprived of her father. My prayers are with your family.
 
A solemn reminder to all of us as to just how precious life is ... and how suddenly it can be snuffed out. Condolences to your family.
 
Thanks everyone for you kind words. My wife is taking it very hard. I thought he was 28 years old the same age as my daughter, but he was 26, the same age as my youngest son. His little girl is 1 day younger than my little grandson. Very hard to deal with.
