RTV 900 LOOSES power up hills

Bought a 2010 rtv900. It has 11 hours on it. I have a very steep driveway and when I go up it, the utv will bog down to a stop, with it on the floor. If I feather the fuel some, it will keep going to the top slowly. I have Changed the air and fuel filter. any advice. Its not the hill steepness--I have a 4x4 MUle and it will gain speed up it.
