Rehoming a 601 $11,500?

I need to re home a thiokol 601.

It is not original, it is a non-conforming well prepared machine.

The Great:
V-8 318 dodge industrial engine very low hours.
Automatic transmission
New glass windshields (tinted)
834 ish hours (OE hour meter)
New great fit aluminum radiator
New fuel pump
New alternator
New electronic ignition with a new point distributor for spare.
All grousers are straight and thick very little wear.
The Good:
Most of the cold weather package or artic package is there.
seats and wipers and both heaters are in great shape.
Track tensioners are free and well lubed
No hacking or torching on the frame or body due to motor swap.
Two OEM spare wheels and tires.
The not so good:
Body is shortened to a 603 (5 seater)
I dont have any of the original motor parts
I don't have any of the manual transmission parts as well.

It is fast, stout and strong. Brakes are responsive. I have been slowly working my way towards a reliable Ice fishing machine and another cat has come up with a manual transmission.

Well I can't seem to find the EDIT button that i swore was there last night....

So here are some photos. I was not working on this project this season, so there is quite a few untidy items that we can discuss.

I would not hesitate to hop in and run this machine to town. the lighting is where I left off as I got the run-ability first, the hydraulic pump was or is next.... then the wiring and body was to be last.

You will see in the photos a good side and a better side. The side with the yellow sprocket is the better side.

the original extra grouser is still installed on the good side. it has dual exhaust.

I have the ability to put a video on you tube, I can make one of starting, running or both.

What would like to see?

That would be nice with the auto trans.....hydraulic pump needs work? What type of hydraulics does this thing have?

Yes the Auto is nice for driving and getting around.

There is no work that is required for normal operation, I was adding hydraulics. The Hydraulics is an add on by me, for my purposes. I was adding a pump with a electric clutch to provide two circuits to the back for a track setter and/or a roller.

I have the pulley Mounted on the motor, most of the bracket for the pump is fabricated. The shroud and louvers are started.

Open to reasonable offers.

I can have it made back into a full cab reasonably. I also have the ability to have the cab made into a proper looking 603 if that is your thing.

I have lower quality tracks and sprockets to swap on if the price is too high.

I even have a buyer for the motor if would want to put your own power plant in it.
