Received a card in the mail that the pup (now large dog) was due for a shot and an examination.

Called them up to set up an appointment. Told the receptionist that the wife said that the dog was broken and needed to be fixed. She asked where it was broken. She was serious.

It took her awhile to get it and she said that she was having a bad day. Hopefully I helped enlighten it just a small bit with my wry sense of humor.
