This is perhaps THE dumbest thing I've ever read.

Here's a tip: get a girlfriend your own age. Treat her like she means something to you other than a piece of meat. IT will happen more than likely well before you're ready anyway.
When IT happens make sure you show a little class, use protection and IT will be repeated many times.

Well if thats the case you shouldnt have a problem finding a nice girl. And if you have money and still cant find a nice girl, just hitchike to mexico. You can probably find a prostitute your own age there. My cousin lost his virginity there. He wanted me to go, thank god I was broke at the time.lol
