Unfortunately, a forum member here of note has had a brain aneurysm yesterday afternoon. We don't know much at this time, but I will update this when appropriate.

Mike needs the entire community to pray for his healing.

The brain bleed has stopped which is great, they're now monitoring for stroke and spasm symptoms. Still on the ventilator and the drain is keeping the pressures down.

I quoted Mikes's son who texted this to me late yesterday. Prayers I hear from him this AM that the overnight hours went well enough.

Verified via Mrs. Sqwril , not an aneurism, but a bleed on the brain. This guy is tough enough. I'm praying for him AND anyone who has to care for him. Good luck

Wow, this just sucks big time. He has been such a huge help educating me. Prayers for a speedy and complete recovery.
The little bit of humor made me laugh when he pulled out is tubes, like, let me outa here I'm fine! I sure hope that's the case. Reminds me of my brother doing the same when he was intubated with COVID. Not the best way to stay on the nurses good side.

Just found this. Your kind words and prayers were appreciated. I dont remember the first few days of ICU. But from last wednesday through today im starting to keep some info in columns and rows.
I passed my OT and PT therapy. I carried a walker around the second floor of theda care. I went on an honor walk for a neighbor who didnt make it and now Im home, i have a shot glass of pills every two hours. Constant headache. (I dont get headaches) and news of don has me very sad.
