Phone Call From Dad

My dad called me this morning and told me that one of my cousins past away. I wasn't close to this cousin but was close to 4 of her brothers. I would suspect she is around 43 years old. She started having anemic problems about ten years ago and I guess her heart just couldn't handle it anymore.

But this isn't the only sad thing, you see her mother/father had 8 children. This will be the fourth one the bury. Two of the brothers that I was close to died only a year or so apart. I don't know if I could handle it. I know none of you know this family but if you have any spare time; hey a little prayer would not hurt this family one bit.

Murph, we have lost 3 friends this year who have been the same age as us or slightly younger. The mother of one of them is having an especially hard time and it makes you feel so helpless because you don't know what to do to aid and comfort her. It also make you realize what a tenuous thing life really is.
There's always room for a few more in our prayers.
