This is an interesting one to watch because on the one hand Pence is on the outs with Trump, but on the other hand he is a Republican and did serve as Trump's VP. It will put the deep state into a quandary about whether to sick the DOJ on him or not. I believe they will NOT, or if they do have an investigation they'll conclude that "no charges are warranted" because it would help more than hurt Trump to also charge Pence. The more they find high level officials that "mishandled" classified material, the more watered down/commonplace their case against Trump appears. Notice how they rushed to point out that Biden's case was fundamentally different from the oh so evil Trump. They have to maintain that what Trump did with "classified" information is the pinnacle of criminality.
